Potential for Overdose

It is very possible to overdose on Nexium and any other medicines. The effects from an overdose on Nexium varies from person-to-person, and it depends on several factors, including how much was taken. The symptoms for a Nexium overdose may include confusion, drowsiness, blurred vision, increased heart rate, nausea, headache and dry mouth. Keep in mind that in a study conducted with rats, doses of Nexium that were 103 times greater than a normal dose resulted in death.
